https://birder.nl/Uganda2/Uganda2.htm Mr. Dauda was used as a ground agent for other tour companies in the past and is active as his own company for many years now.
His wide network makes your trip very smooth and his experience with the wishes of international birders is profound and he makes sure everything goes as you wish.
He is also very flexible and can change your itinerary a little even when you are on track if you like. I was mostly concerned about the Pitta so wanted several days to make sure we would see it. We had excellent views of 4 Pitta's the first morning so we adapted our itinerary to have one day more in Semliki.
We did a round trip going to the very south west then up north and back to Entebbe.
You might want to consider doing this trip anti-clockwise. We did it clockwise because we thought we should not be too late for Grauer's Broadbill.
If the bird is not breeding it might be very hard to find. It seems not very vocal.
We were a little surprised to find the Pitta was not displaying anymore. It had young fledglings to feed which made it somewhat easier to find.
We really recommend you to have a guide with you throughout the trip. Abia was guiding us to lots of places in between the main birding areas, which gave us a lot more species. She was great in helping Dauda to get things running as smoothly as possible. ABia and Mr. Dauda made a great team together. Abia was known by all local birders and they admired her tremendous spotting skills. They said she has "Eagle eyes". We thoroughly recommend to make use of Uganda Women Birders when organising your trip
